Review from Operations Dept
Poor management and leadership leading to higj turnover and poor patient care
no leadership with management and upper level managers who underpay amd undermine
Poor staff retention, poor office vibe
the leadership is all home-grown with community college degrees who have just been there so long they've been promoted to high positions and they don't value new people with more education and ideas
We need leaders who reflect the passion of those who provided direct care. Families have complained that our leaders can be dishonest, do not listen and fail to take reasonably for their actions.
Management is bloted and ineffective, the incentive structure is weak. This company is headquartered in Florida and they seem unaware of the realities in other markets with true competition
Not enough employees but most likely due to poor pay for area
pay needs to be better and office people are not friendly
Less pointless busy work, better streamlining of meetings and more focus on ease of operations to be able to grow business is needed. Leadership is far more focused on new programs and incoherent training with large amounts of time wasted on pointless prework that no one reads
I feel underpaid, undervalue, overworked, and way under compensated

From the top down, incompetence. An outside source needs to do a deep dive audit into the practices into this company. And clean house!!!
