The team members who are working the front lines are excellent employees and help each other. They help each other for the patients and families not for the company.
Many of the members of my team work collaboratively to support patients, families, and one another. We encourage each other. We share laughter and tears.
We communicate with each other with our cell phone, we have team meeting every Wednesday so everyone can voice there concern, or just to discuss the good the team is doing.
The core group that actually get things done are great people who really go the extra mile. I would hire them if i ran a Company

better training and the willingness to group together for adressing issues
People are two faced,smiling at you and putting knives in your back to your manager. Most are strategic to know how to do as less as possible. Making themselves not seen.
