People genuinely want to know one another. My coworkers are great

Very diverse and very proud to be diverse.

Everyone is nice and helpful.

There are always announcements being made about what's happening although they are sometimes hard to understand due to language used. My coworkers who pull their weight make every work day worthwhile with jokes and successes.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Actual teamwork between the departments instead of the place, coming off as a feudal system of states
