What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actual teamwork between the departments instead of the place, coming off as a feudal system of states

Be honest with perspective employees about what the job actually and tails versus glamorizing it with the benefits being the main focus
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We prioritize profits over our customers and their perception of us. While this is necessary to bring in high revenue - it can make us look a bit shady to our customers.
