You can literally talk to executive leadership anytime you want, they are very hands on.

They are very hard-working and diligent

There are always announcements being made about what's happening although they are sometimes hard to understand due to language used. My coworkers who pull their weight make every work day worthwhile with jokes and successes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got the chance to show my skills beyond just my resume...They saw all the fast food jobs and I showed them how I could apply that knowledge to their job.
