Vivint Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Massive amout of money and tons of time off

That I have one, that has been nice.

401k match, lunch at work, unlimited PTO

My compensation package fairly recognizes my contributions to the Company's success.

insurance and on site benefits are great

The money is amazing and always making more every year!

It's really good health insurance at a low price from your paycheck. Also has a lot of benefits with its own clinic, exercise gym, etc.

Insurance benefit is cheap and a great package for a family

I just started working for Vivint

Review from Sales Dept

If you work on getting appointments you can make money

the benefits cover more than i could ask for at a very reasonable cost

You can make as much as you want

Annual bonus should be fun.

Good benefits and great pay.

You can get paid more depending on your work ethic. I love it

Review from Sales Dept

The financials and the service

The overall package is fairly good in comparison to other companies. Paid lunch daily was great until COVID hit.

I feel I am compensated fairly and competitively.

Annual bonus program plus merit increases, stock grants.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary is competitive within the local industry.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Upper Management does not have any regard for employees and or customers.

Everything in the world goes up but our pay stays the same. How can anyone pay bills?

Stop expecting people to work for free

Pay me what i am owed for work i did

Compensation and bonuses have been satisfactory. I don't like the retirement plans but I don't at most companies so this is not especially different, it's like anywhere else. I do not like the deductibles on the health insurance. Other than that, I feel the compensation is competitive and fair

Higher base pay would be great

I work in tech doing complex integrations and strategic builds for complex systems at the company. I make $19 an hour, whereas IT makes triple that, and other analysts make 75k.

I need some kind of safety net when almost every job i go to gets cancelled or rescheduled. It's unfair that I make no money because of the mistakes made by other departments.

better pay, and fair treatment.

Hourly pay would be cool

Benefits are great except insurance. Insurance have extremely high deductibles and coverage if very limited but only after you meet 3-5K out of pocket deductible.

The pay cuts that force employees to push products like they are cocaine addicts to be able to make the same pay that they were before the company decided they deserve to keep the money that said would be paid.

Not medical, dental any form of insurance pryamid scheme

Undervalued in regards to skill set. Within a technical job description I’m useless unless I produce sales even though this isn’t a sales department and we do have

I’m a smart home pro and i get payed good But Vivint makes you pay to work for them not directly to them but you got a pay out of pocket to survive working for th

Yes only because we are expected to do work and maintenance of our stuff that involved even after we’re clocked o

According to this site, I am in the lower 12% for my position in terms of salary.

I'm getting paid relatively well within the company but they're just average in the industry. The medical benefits are among the worst I've ever seen at any tech company. Because of this, I need better compensation not to be competitive with the market but to make up for their lack of health coverag
