Having the freedom to make my schedule flexible enough to continue to live my life productively.
It's a creative outlet, it is a place where I feel I am stimulated, challenged and constantly learning and improving.

From my perspective, Vivint is doing well as a company. In my job area, I do not see anything that needs improvement.
There are a lot of comments of our sales team lying to customers about billing and things they get. I am not sure if we know who these individuals are, but I don't think we should lie to a customer to get a sale

Organization could be improved. Communication between all departments could be improved.
Communication. The departments aren't communicating with each other which means we can't communicate properly to the customers. Instead of working together, departments blame each other for the mishaps of the workplace which makes for unhealthy competitiveness and frustration in the workplace.
It's good most of the times, but there are times I'm assigned tasks that I need to slog through to get done.

Everything is going wrong. The environment is terrible, the training is awful, the supervisors are super unhelpful and never around and the pay is so little compared to all the work we are given.

vivint is struggling with its sales model; what's worked for the last 5-ish years isn't sustainable. the company mostly sees this, but it needs to happen faster. we should almost give our cameras away for free and then offer awesome services on top of the cameras.

Working from home being more flexible when it is time to return to the office. WFH hours generally put in far more than 40 hours a week, so the company often gets more work than they pay for when employees work from home. They need a way to monitor productivity and eliminate underperformers WFH.
