Absolutely awesome in every way
Its ok but i am not leader ship team only work
approachable and supportive at any time
My leadership is oriented towards supporting me and not just my metrics. I feel like a person and not just an employee.
I am getting support I wanted and that's all I need.
Being qualified . And not justified just because people say its okay to be unqualified.
Communication! They need to be on the same page when answering questions and completing paperwork!!!
They threaten my job though I deal with multiple health issues that can get in the way from time to time
Caring for employees not just a number
The leadership for my team is outstanding. By far the best leadership I have ever worked with.
Massive amout of money and tons of time off
That I have one, that has been nice.
401k match, lunch at work, unlimited PTO
My compensation package fairly recognizes my contributions to the Company's success.
insurance and on site benefits are great
Upper Management does not have any regard for employees and or customers.
Everything in the world goes up but our pay stays the same. How can anyone pay bills?
Stop expecting people to work for free
Pay me what i am owed for work i did
Compensation and bonuses have been satisfactory. I don't like the retirement plans but I don't at most companies so this is not especially different, it's like anywhere else. I do not like the deductibles on the health insurance. Other than that, I feel the compensation is competitive and fair
We care for each other and we have a good time.
cooperation and understanding. Smart and welcoming
Communication and a lot of open discussion and diversity
The friendliness of the team.
Great personalities and positivity! Theyre the only reason the job doesnt absolutely bite!
Nobodys trained, there isnt even a designated trainer. Just a bunch of kids running around learning as they go
It seems some of these meetings fall into the category of having a meeting to have a meeting, but it's not unbearable. Meetings are usually kept short so that makes up for it.
Policy policing in regards to actual installation, equipment management, time management, and customer service and NOT forcing sales onto technicians who are technicians for a reason and NOT sales reps. If i wanted to do sales, I would do sales.
work on accepting others' ideas and looking beyond "this is just how we do it"
Review from HR Dept
Better communication and getting together more to discuss team goals.
The same thing I have been saying, there is plenty of patience and support. Very positive environment.
its friendly and everyone is different
Lots of fluff. Its alot of corny, pump the fist, team spirit nonsense going on, instead of fixing real issues that would help overall operation. Customers and employees respond to authenticity, not hype and gas lighting
There's lots of diversity and everyone seems to be treated fairly and with respect.
The questions line and how it’s easy to go to th
Ensure a culture of respect, equaility and metrics that evaluate actual preformance rather than eguiptment failures and finanacing issues. Better sceduling to allow increased productivity and better customer experience.
Just dont talk about false promises that you cant keep
I think the expectations of every individual person shouldn’t be so high. But I do like the diversity of peopl
In the Logan location at least, I know everyone wants meal tickets back, or something like it. It would definitely lift the spirits of those who are on the call floor
More incentives and year end bonuses
I am nerves but its confiedent
That it ended in me getting a job.
All the interviews were interested in making sure vivint is the right place for me, not just the other way around. Very humane approach.
You meet multiple people and they prepare you for training
the fact that my interviewer was friendly
In a position to hire. I was told if he/she breathes and has a heart beat just hire them
Recruiting was basically not involved as an interface for information during the process. It's as though you didn't exist. Hiring manager didn't communicate any interest as well.
Review from Engineering Dept
Clarification on the necessary hiring process and background check, maybe not ensuring someone has a job until the background check has been completed
Review from Customer Support Dept
Helping other people every day
I truly enjoyed vivint when the cared about each work -home life balance. This hasent been the case for 2 years.
Having the freedom to make my schedule flexible enough to continue to live my life productively.
It's a creative outlet, it is a place where I feel I am stimulated, challenged and constantly learning and improving.
I have a fair amount of autonomy and believe my responsibility level reflects my contribution.
Follow through on requests and be truly interested in the employees contributions!
Not enough customer being accommodating in the necessary situations
Dont take my money and make false promises and bs
From my perspective, Vivint is doing well as a company. In my job area, I do not see anything that needs improvement.
There are a lot of comments of our sales team lying to customers about billing and things they get. I am not sure if we know who these individuals are, but I don't think we should lie to a customer to get a sale
Great people who offer a top shelf product and service. In a recurring revenue business not all customers are happy as some want to skip out on their commitment. That can result in negative feedback on a fairly solid company. Vivint has a great culture and work environment. People focused.
They are invested in my success.
Review from Engineering Dept
The management team, the new products we're always developing, openness, integrity and passion of everyone there.
Review from Engineering Dept
Forward thinking with qualified people and strong leaders.
Review from Product Dept
The fact that we help our customers find peace of mind through high quality smarthome equipment.
Review from HR Dept
Working from home being more flexible when it is time to return to the office. WFH hours generally put in far more than 40 hours a week, so the company often gets more work than they pay for when employees work from home. They need a way to monitor productivity and eliminate underperformers WFH.
Nothing that I can think of.
Review from Engineering Dept
A better health plan with lower out-of-pocket costs.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better collaboration between teams in different locations.
Review from Product Dept
The ability for each internal organization to more fully work together for the betterment of the whole. Less shilos.
