Way too many things to do, could be delegated better

It's a base salary, not really much for the position
Working in the company for 4 years, have had a promotion only in name. No salary increase. Meanwhile still asked to perform previous role. This is not a company that takes advancement in career or compensation seriously.

Nothing that comes to mind. Everyone is so cooperative and engaging.
company merged/horrible management/always looking for sale/benefits were you paid $10 for all the cable channels/not allowed to provide feedback/retaliations
