When I'm working with a team that does things the correct way and to make money for the store

My direct boss was pretty good but the management of the store just did not hold up their end of the deal.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If someone's not a good employee or really affecting the company in a negative way they need to get rid of them sooner
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager worked with me when I had lost my ID and waited for me to figure that out. And gave me the job
What are some of the best things about your team?
When we had a good team we all work together to make the store better. But sometimes we didn't have a good team and no one would do anything about it
