The leadership teams needs to get better with overall professionalism and experience they are all inexperienced

I would have to say the tjing that makes me the most happy at work is my paycheck evey week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because everytime i speak to my manager about a problem i have it Brushed of i get a generic answer
