What makes you most happy at work?
When I can work and do what I have to do without feeling micro-managed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing I can really think of. I typically clock in, do what I have to do and then clock out end of shift.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Consistent shorstaffing and constant work, typically 6 days with no recognition. When we're feeling unwell we feel like our management makes us feel guilty about it.
