Employees have no worth to managment or higher executives. Stores and distubition centers are grossly under staffed, causing tremendious stress on employees. What used to be a good career based job is now just a unpleasant high turn around job with low pay. Benifits aren't accrued until after 2 yrs

Doing their jobs correctly and putting pride into the jobs they do.

There is no positivity all employees feel that it has become a negative environment

Honestly is was 25 years ago and it was very basic, just a quick run through of what hours might be
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees like human beings and not just a number. Hiring more often. Giving better pay increases. Understanding that we are people and do have other Responsibilities
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers treat employees just as poorly as managment, and if there is any conflict or hassament managment will take the customers side because the fear of losing business out weighs the employees saftey or feelings.
