The managers seemed to be looking for specific qualities in a worker. It was very straightforward and once I presented my ability to enact the particular qualities sought, the hiring process was expedited.

While it is difficult to continuously find motivation for work, especially in a retail/customer service environment, employees can make the job more enjoyable for one another by encouraging examples of hard work or particular effort.
