I have been there for twenty years and due to changes company made now feel as if my time was wasted as I can not move forward any longer and so I need to find a new career. I feel disappointed in my decision to work at vons and am unsure about starting a new career at this stage in my life.

Better hours, problems dealt with in a timely matter.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Dealing with problems the company is facing. Understanding how it affects employees at store level.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no chance for advancement and it seems as if we have a leader that holds no value in anyone else’s thoughts or opinions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better pay, and feeling like I had a possibility of moving up and feeling like company values many years of service would make me feel better
