Because im given the worst shift on a regular basis, I have not been given my fair opportunity to advance at this store. If they dont like you, you should quit immediately, no one will step in to help you, its a horrible place to work.

Ageism is rampant and incidentally, all accusations are from the very young staff and a lot of them are lazy and they get away wiht anything there. No respect and I exceed the expectation becaue I take my job very serious.

People are now overworked & grumpy. Tired & unappreciated. We are worked like mules since Covid. Employees used to be happy. But the past 6 months have taken their toll. Work is stressful. staff shortage, too much work, rude customers & rarely praise/thanks. Hire now at better wages & raises!

The people that they have in charge now need to be educated on what their duties are and make sure that the young courtesy clerks are helping everybody, not just who they want help.

We should have security ASAP, customers have begun approaching shoplifters, they are outraged by what they see, blatant theft continuosly
Because of the neighborhood, the environment is aggressive and sometimes hostile. Shoplifting is rampant and we sometimes fear for our safety.
Customers treat employees just as poorly as managment, and if there is any conflict or hassament managment will take the customers side because the fear of losing business out weighs the employees saftey or feelings.
Bad customer service when you got understand what they want
