Customer service is the poorest and sorriest team I have seen, Every agent we talked with told they were the last level of help and there is no one else above them. The inmates run the business.

Better customer service, host accountability for cancellations with prompt refunds of payment.
Fire their entire customer service department starting at the top that decided to outsource to Egypt and continue through the IT team who built their ticketing system. Specifically the email and chat communication processes. All three need serious improvement
I can manage my short term rental in Santa Fe from Idaho. Their platform is easy to use and the price is reasonable. I would like to see better communication between the developers and the hosts. It is very difficult, if not impossible to correct misinformation.

Depending on the time of year direct or higher level managers will make recommendations based on demonstrated competencies and work produced. Ultimately, director-level managers make the ultimate decision.
I am repeatedly told Mold is not part of VRBO policy, I called, sent photos to make it to the next level of customer service. 3 Months later I am waiting for a refund that I have in writing from Santiago on 8/21/23.
