It started with a phone interview and then an in person interview.

That management is interested and cares about the culture at work. Very relaxed enviroment.

Helping out our nearby community and the High School kids learn about a tech company.

They do their best to keep our insurances costs down. I have paid far more for far less!

Picking one thing is really hard. We have a GREAT package. I will pick the great health insurance for a low employee contirbution.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most co-workers are great. There are a few that either need more training or just need to go. There are a few others that just have a bad attitude. Again....most are great.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's not that I don't like my job, but excited?, that is stretching it. If I won a lottery jackpot, I would be out of here. If I don't win a jackpot, I have no desire to leave.
