Helping the customer or employee with their problem. Especially if it was overlooked by a prevoious call/encounter.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
longer breaks. When I can't go to the bathroom cause it's not time for my scheduled break is very stressful. You can't get a snack/drink from the vendi machine cause it's broken. You were stuck on a call and missed you lunch. Call volume is high due to lack of employees. You don't get lunch.
