Having autonomy. We have a small group so each person's impact is very visible.

Driven, intelligent, friendly. Even though very few of us are face to face, we all make an effort to interact with each other and get to know each other outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flexible, understanding, has high standards for performance but is invested in helping you learn how to get there. We all work remotely so feeling that sense of care from the exec team is impressive!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Even just starting out with the company, I had ample PTO that lets me be flexible. The company is also great about compensation for travel to events since we don't have a centralized location.
