Even just starting out with the company, I had ample PTO that lets me be flexible. The company is also great about compensation for travel to events since we don't have a centralized location.
Pay someone what they're worth. If they take on more responsibilities, their compensation should reflect that.

I spoke directly with the CEO as part of the interview process. Expectations were clearly set for my position, for the company culture and I was also given a genuine opportunity to ask any questions of the CEO or about the company, which did not go unnoticed. One of the most memorable interviews.
