What makes you most happy at work?Being able to just be myself & not feel like I have to put on a "corporate" face to be appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?They are always trying to be better than they were yesterday.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Key players are leaving the company, and it's alarming. The US operations have been closed. Compensation is being capped. The outlook is not favourable.
