They are accessible & friendly. Always there to give feedback or help out when needed. Some of the most motivating individuals I've ever met.

Even just starting out with the company, I had ample PTO that lets me be flexible. The company is also great about compensation for travel to events since we don't have a centralized location.

Speaking directly with the CEO and having a 'conversation' vs your typical behavioral interview questioning.

I spoke directly with the CEO as part of the interview process. Expectations were clearly set for my position, for the company culture and I was also given a genuine opportunity to ask any questions of the CEO or about the company, which did not go unnoticed. One of the most memorable interviews.

Being able to just be myself & not feel like I have to put on a "corporate" face to be appreciated.
