I spoke directly with the CEO as part of the interview process. Expectations were clearly set for my position, for the company culture and I was also given a genuine opportunity to ask any questions of the CEO or about the company, which did not go unnoticed. One of the most memorable interviews.
Didn't feel like an interview, more like a conversation. Not your typical interview structure.
