Bonus. Higher than most companies. But depending on your legacy company that you came from.
High pay, unlimited time off if approved by manager
The emotional salary, events and activities
The best part about compensation is the 401K.
that is my business not yours with all respect
In-house salary equity is a huge topic
On-site accommodations and benefits available
My timely pay and timely renewed pay increase
I had both a 401k with generous company contribution and a pension paid entirely by them.

healthcare, 401k and retirement also free cable, internet and phone
Time Warner had great insurance and 401k
The base salary is much higher than I thought I'd be able to get elsewhere.

I provide great cost-savings to this company, but my pay falls below the average for my profession. Lack of opportunity for advancement is pervasive in the face of constant M&A and the ensuing cuts. To be fair, the whole industry is swimming upstream and has been for years, and it feels that way.
Constant throwing under the bus. All blames from CTO go to Engineering Managers. Rest of the organization is scot-free
Many legacy personel from Discovery received title bumps immediately before the merger. The company needs to live the mantra that we are one company and address this discrepency swiftly.

Pay could increase for the amount of work I have now. Compensation does not match monthly expenses absorbed due to working remotely exhausting my hone’s resource
I feel undervalued, because I consider myself to be a top-notch worker and haven't even been acknowledged for my efforts. I'd feel better about my compensation if I could take sick-leave whenever I fall extremely ill.

Pay was cut in half. Benefits are sky high cost
Bunch of morons get stuck up in managerial levels. They intentionally put unqualified people up top to make up in diversification but
very under valued! Maybe if the management treated it's employees like people instead of a metric things would be different!
