What do you like best about the leadership team?

Forward looking. Diverse. Integrated. Distributed.

Our leadership has a clear strategy for us, but sometimes there is a disconnect between the decisions made on high and the working gears of the organization below. They hope to maintain course but we will see if they can be agile enough to not stumble in the course of major changes to come.

My manager is a great leader

My mid/senior leadership team is fantastic. Very inspirational. The cultural issues are with the executives, mostly driven by CTO (imagine the worst of Amazon culture, NY Times Article)
