lots of politics and you get pushed to pass training fast instead of going to work you feel like looking over your shoulder every second fearing the though of getting fired for minuscule stuff besides dealing with the heavy routes already in your scope they will add more stops if you are competent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
hire actual experienced drivers for managers not someone who is learning on the job and gets eaten alive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
talking to an actual person besides india gaslighting us with incorrect time frame messages or requesting the same info daily.
