Paper surveys allow for more anonymity and honest answers from the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They add more work and responsibilities with no added pay increase or other form of compensation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some supervisors have no tact and professionalism when dealing with a problems. A paper survey is needed to grade the supervisors. This will allow for the employees who are concerned to speak up a more honest, private, anonymous and secure method of expressing their true feelings on their supervisr.
