The company cuts all corners to line the pockets of CEOs. Greed consumes them in regards to customer and employee.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
HR is one of the most corrupt immoral departments of the company. If the company does not have a strong HR department, how can they expect employees to thrive in the work environment?
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Because the company is consumed by greed, men with no honour or morals terrorise the work place making everyone distrust each other and only look out for number one! Until the aforementioned issues are corrected, the company culture will remain toxic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All issues with the company are rooted in greed, lack of morals, lack of honour. They deplete their customers and employees until their is nothing left, and then discards them. They destroy lives in the holy name of money. Dog eat dog company.
