When the team is able to adapt and overcome the many operational obstacles that we face -- customer expectations, equipment challenges, personnel challenges, etc
adequate although health care value has eroded over the past 10 years due to skyrocketing insurance costs. I would rather have kept the old Blue Cross plan and paid more vs what we have today
