Organization is not setup for anyone to be successful unless you're in tight with the CEO and his network.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload never slows down and now they're having trouble finding people who actually want to work there. Paying your dedicated employees for their extra efforts would be a great start, but instead the company has actually taken money from me during COVID (as they report record profits).
