My team includes very dedicated, hard workers who willingly work weekends and holidays to meet deadlines and deliverables.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making decisions and providing the resources to achieve goals. Strategy is good, but they have taken their eye off the big picture in providing solutions to customers. Hiring an excessive amount of VPs and Sr Directors is not working.
