They are honest, enthusiastic, and accountable - it's clear that they care very much about the employees at Wave and every person with which Wave interacts.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It doesn't feel like one part has to make up for another, i.e. the salary is great but the healthcare package is lackluster. It's top-notch across the board.
