So far so good! I'm always amazed at what we are able to accomplish within the time frame. Not everyone can thrive under conditions that really push you to bring out your A-game but for those who want to really contribute to something and help elevate the team around them - it's pretty special.

Overall positive. It moves fast around here and it's not for everyone but if you enjoy the challenge you can thrive and have a lot of autonomy to make things happen.

Food in a well stocked kitchen and the people on my team are exceptional humans.

It's a celebratory culture where every improvement or win or gain is celebrated and acknowledged as a company.

Sense of humour. Dependable. Exceptionally talented. They have my back when I'm low. They are VERY good at what they each bring to the table.

Had the opportunity to meet several member of the team to get a sense of who I would be working with. Heard their vision for the company too.

They're incredibly bright, talented, and challenge each other to do better and do more. They're also ready, willing and able to jump in and help whenever help is needed.

They have a sense of humour. They have high expectations but also of themselves and excel at it. They genuinely have good rapport with each other and with the rest of the company.
