Mr. Steven K. Conine, also known as Steve, co-founded ZIZO Home Pty Ltd in 2008 and serves as its Co-Chairman and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Conine co-founded Wayfair LLC (alternate name Wayfair Inc.) in 2002 and serves as its Co-Chairman. He is responsible for architecting and developing software systems that give Wayfair a technological edge in the online retail business. He is Entrepreneur Advisor at NextView Ventures and served as its Venture Advisor. He led Spinners to revenue and net income growth of 300 percent per year while maintaining a 30 percent net income margin. He specializes in E-commerce. He has extensive executive leadership experience in private and public technology companies. Mr. Conine served as the Chief Technology Officer at Wayfair Inc. from 2002 to May 2015. He has assisted in and has been responsible for the sale of two technology companies. He founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of Simplify Mobile. He served as Chief Operating Officer for the London Office of iXL and was responsible for London-based operations and was involved in sales, service delivery and operations in the UK market. He also co-founded and served as a top executive of Spinners Incorporated. He was integral to the architecting and development of all of the technology solutions Spinners created. He has been a Director at Wayfair Inc. since 2002. He served as a Member of the Board at Simplify Mobile. Mr. Conine holds B.S. in engineering from Cornell University.
