What does the leadership team need to get better at?WebMD is a terrible company with zero diversity they have hired mostly Indians workers on h1b and low pay. The management is highly incompetent and most managers get promoted based on favoritism. WebMD has been around for over decades but it has only gone down with time. No future whatsoever.
