Been here a decade. Started off like the wild west & meritocracy. The work isnt bad, but is now a bureaucratic dystopia
it's gotten progressively worse over the past year as people leave and are not replaced. the workload only increase and new positions are rarely opened. we've have an open position on my team for more than 6 months with no one hired
everyone is overworked. Recent changes happened overnight and everyone is confused.
Very bureaucratic, dysfunctional and siloed company. No vision, expertise, depth and little insight into the educational and information needs of MDs. All they want is eyeball clicks for their digital advertisers, which means their content is superficial.
