Being transparent about how the company is actually doing...where we're headed...and have an actual mission.

Again, there's no transparency, so I'm not sure what the outlook is. I have seen the data, and we lie to our clients everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am getting paid vastly under market value, according to every job site. There are no bonuses or annual raises at this company, nor are there stock options.
