Working remotely and all of the additional perks are great

Providing my clients with products to help grow their businesses. I love watching their success unfold.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need real leaders who know what they are doing

Our product is outdated and duct taped together. Our code base is a mess. More managers than real engineers. And not to mention the 20 reorgs we have done in the past 3 years

Again, there's no transparency, so I'm not sure what the outlook is. I have seen the data, and we lie to our clients everyday.

engineering and product teams are a mess. so much politics and infighting coming all the way from the top. execs are focused on the next quarter instead of the next 5 years.
