What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The need to be bigger and better

We work remotely at this point.

The company culture as a whole is a lot of fun to be around. They put a lot of effort into making a strong company culture during covid times and their effort does not go unnoticed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

No diversity to speak of. Blatant sexism and bullying everywhere. A pretty toxic work environment generally and everyone seems fed up / miserable all the time.

LEADERSHIP. Culture is toxic. No women in leadership at all.

We need to replace the C-suite.

More diversity. Filled with mediocre white guys.

Morale is definitely low. The COO needs to go.
