What did you like most about the interview process?everyone I interacted with was positive and somebody I wouldn't mind working with day in and day out. Didn't ask unrealistic gotcha questions. Talked more with would be peers that I'd spend most of my day with rather than just management that I may rarely see.
What did you like most about the interview process? It was seamless and straight forward
What makes you most happy at work?I get to do what I love
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? We need real leaders who know what they are doing
What needs to change to make the company culture better? No diversity to speak of. Blatant sexism and bullying everywhere. A pretty toxic work environment generally and everyone seems fed up / miserable all the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No transparency in terms of equity grants. I would go as far as to say that i was blatantly lied to how much equity i was going to receive vs what i ended up getting - really shows you how little the leadership team values employees
