WW (formally Weight Watchers) Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

In my opinion I am fairly compensated (salary) for my role. No stock options, though

The 6% matched 401K Wellness Reimbursement of up to $1,000 annually

Ability for your end of year bonus to go over 100%

401k match is nice along with profit sharing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

listen to their employees regarding whats happening on the streets

Fairly access the skill and talent of all employees in the same role. Salary should be reflective on talent as well as increased span of control and longevity with the organization. Most long term emoloyees have been laid off over the last few years.

Salary equality for same role positions

Work hard and undervalued by time put in

No opportunity for advancement, no performance appraisals, no raises

Under pay, they draw the incentives and its not fair for employees. If you win their incentives they dont pay you on time or sometimes they dont give it to the employee.

The LC position was way under paid for the work that was being done. And alot of work was given very little notices

Undervalued, pay stinks, benefits stink

We are not treated fairly or respectful

More transparency around compensation would make me feel better. Also we're a female brand, we should be on top of the wage-gap issue.
