WW (formally Weight Watchers) Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager is understanding of balance

Easygoing, funny, humane, nice and welcoming

Best place i ever worked, great management team. Very tech heavy company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

No one has orior history with the brand and idea of members needs. Retail mindset thst doesnt fit the model

Being fair instead of offerings to their favorites

supporting service providers, communicating with service providers

Need to support the employee more, lack of acknowledgment, they dont value your hardship, lack of training.

They need to treat there employees better.

Care about the employees out doing all the work

Treat employee with reapect, don’t push so hard on selling product. The members need to be the priority.

thinking long term while continuing to maintain momentum throughout the year - Winter diet season is not the only time we should push for innovation / new recruits.

We're professional, respect your employees and take a moment to celebrate our wins. The top should not be the only ones rewarded.
