Asked to the Customer Support Department at WW (formally Weight Watchers)

  • Our support team is pretty good, it could be better. I like many of the other agents who started with me back in August 2016 felt like we were not given enough training at all somh and we had to basically learn as time went on and get help from the other agents who were already on the floor, but they didn't know much either because they had just gotten out of training themselves.

Asked to all employees at WW (formally Weight Watchers)

  • Fairly Generous - you start with 14 days of vacation for anyone below a manager level and you get unlimited sick days (5 consecutive you need to product a dr's note). Managers get 19 days and I'm not sure if directors get 24,t he max is 29 though. If you're with the company for 5 years, you get 5 extra days of PTO (unless you're maxed out). Most teams are pretty flexible on when you take the time off.
