I wish I was told that I was being hired on as a tech as well, not just customer service. I wish I would have known about the yearly pay

You can do WW for free. They give you a $150 credit to shop at there store and so far they have been doing things for us once a week

The layout is fine we're a growing company and a lot is still changing and weight watchers is bringing a lot of good new people on board and there is some room for advancement

I work 8hr/day. The customer service vibe is great.
What's the Customer Support team like at WW (formally Weight Watchers)?
Our support team is pretty good, it could be better. I like many of the other agents who started with me back in August 2016 felt like we were not given enough training at all somh and we had to basically learn as time went on and get help from the other agents who were already on the floor, but they didn't know much either because they had just gotten out of training themselves.
How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at WW (formally Weight Watchers)?
I feel like the company should pay more. We have moved to a wonderful new building that we all love. It would also be great if our company pay rate matched that of other companies in our related field of customer service

Worklife balance is pretty good - still have a lot of responsibility but most managers are flexible.

Not for HQ jobs.

It varies between departments - sometimes it's very much political and other times it's purely based on output. Your direct management chain matters a lot.
How's the vacation policy at WW (formally Weight Watchers)?
Fairly Generous - you start with 14 days of vacation for anyone below a manager level and you get unlimited sick days (5 consecutive you need to product a dr's note). Managers get 19 days and I'm not sure if directors get 24,t he max is 29 though. If you're with the company for 5 years, you get 5 extra days of PTO (unless you're maxed out). Most teams are pretty flexible on when you take the time off.

They are generally very generous with their time, friendly and supportive. Some of the best people I've ever met.
What benefits does WW (formally Weight Watchers) provide?
Healthcare, dental and vision. Our healthcare plans aren't great coverage but our dental plan is excellent. Summer fridays at 1 pm is a huge plus. Casual dress is also great. We have the ability to on occasion work from home.
