  • The people are great across the organization. They want to help make our members lives better. I will say that our culture is in the midst of changing. In product we have a leadership that's in flux and are great about talking about improvements and getting feedback on the team. A lot of the feedback hasn't been realized yet but in an effort to be transparent I do believe that our leadership team in Product is actively trying to create a stronger team. We have had a lot of change and growth with battling priorities, changing directions and competing department goals. I believe that a lot of this will be cleared up with the different work streams reporting into a single person, who sets the vision. It's a casual atmosphere, there's a want for transparency and feedback but an expectation that you're feedback hedge positive. Growth varies on a case by case, manager basis. I have seen a lot of disparity in growth regardless of talent/merit. Product tries to be aware and combat this.

  • More transparency around compensation would make me feel better. Also we're a female brand, we should be on top of the wage-gap issue.
