Fairly access the skill and talent of all employees in the same role. Salary should be reflective on talent as well as increased span of control and longevity with the organization. Most long term emoloyees have been laid off over the last few years.

Lack of teamwork, they dont interact with other employees that are on a different states.

Stop working in secret with best friends, leaving other team members out. It is so cliquey. #meangirls

We need to improve our cross communication and limit our involvement in office politics. Focusing on our members should be our only priority

Stop the fake niceness Stop having all day meetings leaving employees to before hours, after hours and on weekends Be direct with what is needed instead of going the route of fake niceness

Zero recognition for top performers.

WW needs to get better managers who don’t have such bad tempers.

Not abailable for our members when they need us. Always closing meetings

Emphasis is on making money, loss of respect for service providers. Goals set without input

They need to educate the employees more.

The manger is mean to the team members.

Pushing everyone towards technology and not everyone uses technology
