Compensation is good. But benefits are terrible. The vacation and sick time is very poor. Most people are professionals and they have a point system if you miss work. I have never missed, but a coworker lost her child very unexpectedly and they gave her 2 days off. Very heartless.

The company does not reward good work, every employee is treated as a name on a list and completely disposable
