Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is good. But benefits are terrible. The vacation and sick time is very poor. Most people are professionals and they have a point system if you miss work. I have never missed, but a coworker lost her child very unexpectedly and they gave her 2 days off. Very heartless.

These individuals at Wellpath will pay you more by the race/ethnicity that you are not by the experience or education. Non-Caucasians are paid less than other ethnicities.
The company does not reward good work, every employee is treated as a name on a list and completely disposable
