What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Positive is coworkers and getting to do a job I love!

Co workers. Positive. Energetic. Empathetic.

Only positive at current location. Never have met anyone else from Wellpath

My fellow nurses and mental health staff

Direct team has mostly good people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Employee appreciation is non-existent. Learn the rules and regulations for the states that you are serving. Nursing care is not a one size fits all.

Fire all management and start over

Not better management but new management

Hire experienced staff and treat them fairly and with respect. Just basic human decency

Everything from the tech to the staff

Again holding employees accountable and aaddressing issues. Feeling valued and heard.

Again, it's management/leadership. They will start a paper trail on you if they find that you are reporting them to corporate. Leadership/management will find a way to terminate your employment and then place you on the NO-REHIRE LIST just because they do not like you.
