What do you like best about the leadership team? The only good person I've met in leadership is my HSA. None of the higher ups care about the people who work hands on with our patients.
What are some of the best things about your team?Good mamagers with high problem solving abilities
What is the best part about your compensation package?Decent base salary and bonus.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Employee appreciation is non-existent. Learn the rules and regulations for the states that you are serving. Nursing care is not a one size fits all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is good. But benefits are terrible. The vacation and sick time is very poor. Most people are professionals and they have a point system if you miss work. I have never missed, but a coworker lost her child very unexpectedly and they gave her 2 days off. Very heartless.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They care only about profits. They have hired exective staff that have no prison experience at all causing a huge disruption in the system that is completely negative. They a condecending to employees and unauthetic to inmates.
Providing quality care in jails, prisons, and inpatient and residential treatment facilities.
