What do you like best about the leadership team?
The only good person I've met in leadership is my HSA. None of the higher ups care about the people who work hands on with our patients.

For the most part, we are a big family. We try to help one another and have each other's backs.
Friendly , funny, loud, team to work with
The two nurses I work with are awesome, we support each other.
My internal team is mostly made up of amazing people with several outliers that are wildly incompetent with no repercussions

Positive is coworkers and getting to do a job I love!

What did you like most about the interview process?
They took us over from the state, so there wasnt much of an interview process.
The interviewing staff members were knowledgeable and courteous
It was straightforward and not drawn out
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel most happy at work when there is positivity. When i feel valued and heard as an employeee. When i feel like i mean something to the company and my hard work is recognized. When staff works together as a team.
